The Light Is in Sight: Crafting an Awesome Life Post-Covid

The pandemic has affected women physicians in so many different ways. Some have been on the frontlines of care; some have cut back or stepped away from work to care for children or ill relatives; some have had their work hours cut or been furloughed. Whatever your circumstances, there is no doubt that 2020 was stressful. Now it is possible to take stock and move forward into 2021 with intention to create a life that is even better than pre-pandemic.

What isn’t working? Where do you want to be? What changes would make your life more doable? What if, with some tools and friendly support, those changes were possible?

Join a group of women physicians in safe and supportive camaraderie and explore and solidify your core values, goals, and choices. Take what you’ve experienced in 2020 and craft a vision and plan for 2021 and beyond.

– Rachel, primary care physician

“Prior to working with Diane, each morning I woke up in a panic, terrified to get out of bed. Together we realized that I was suffering from Imposter Syndrome and by working through that with her, I was able to find my way to a calmer mode of living and working. Diane supported me throughout the entire process in a thoughtful, non-judgmental and supportive way, so that when I finally came out the other side, I was no longer experiencing the panic, able to focus on my chosen career path, and clear about my goals for the future.”

– Stacey, physician/patient advocate
